Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trucking101LLC. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: Before returning any items, please contact our customer support team at customer_support@trucking101.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a description of the items you wish to return.
  • Return Authorization : Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original packing slip inside the package.
  • Packaging: Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  • Shipping :  You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Refund Process : Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
